Our curriculum follows the national curriculum of England, offering Cambridge and Pearson qualifications at the Secondary level, including IGCSEs, A Levels, and BTECs. The main campus at Chaofah serves 960 students and is oversubscribed in most year groups.
In August 2023, we launched a new campus in Cherngtalay in the northern part of the island. This new facility is designed to accommodate up to 500 students in a two-form-entry Foundation, Primary, and Secondary School (KS3 only).
Mandarin Teacher
We are seeking to hire a passionate and motivated Mandarin First Language teacher for a position starting in August 2025.
The ideal candidate will possess experience teaching across the Secondary age spectrum and should be able to make the subject engaging and dynamic. Familiarity with the Cambridge syllabus would be beneficial.
We are looking for a dedicated team player with enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for education, who can instill a love of learning in their students. A strong work ethic and a good sense of humor are essential qualities.
Requirements / Application Details –
Essential Requirements:
· Strong understanding of the UK curriculum and proven experience in the UK or international school environments
· Experience teaching students aged 11 to 18
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
· A recognized teaching qualification: BEd, PGCE, iPGCE, or equivalent
· Fluent English speaker
Desirable Requirements (not essential):
· Previous experience in an International School setting
· Experience teaching English as an Additional Language learners
Remuneration Package:
