We are currently seeking a dedicated Librarian and Research Centre Specialist to join our team. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science, Education or a related field Experience working in a school library or educational research environment Strong understanding of research skills, information literacy and inquiry-based learning Ability to support students in locating, evaluating and using information effectively Experience promoting reading and literacy development across a range of age groups Ability to collaborate with teachers to support curriculum programmes and Project Based Learning Strong organisational and library management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in an international school environment is desirable Passionate about reading, knowledge and intellectual curiosity Commitment to developing independent learners with strong research and inquiry skills Enthusiastic about supporting Project Based Learning and student-led inquiry Collaborative mindset with willingness to work closely with teachers across all phases of the school Commitment to promoting a culture of reading for enjoyment and academic growth Adaptable and open to innovation within a future-focused learning environment Dedicated to continuous professional development and reflective practice If you are enthusiastic about developing a vibrant library and research culture within an international school setting, we invite you to apply for this rewarding role at Astra Academy International School.
