What we are looking for

• A qualified teacher with QTS, strong maths knowledge and evidence of effective teaching, including GCSE and the ability to support A-level mathematics.

• A proactive subject leader who can set priorities, follow through on improvements and work with limited direction.

• An innovative practitioner who creates engaging learning, evaluates what works and adapts approaches to improve pupils’ progress and confidence.

• A teacher who maintains high expectations while adapting lessons for interrupted education, SEND, physical illness, mental health needs, and EBSNA.
