Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer

Location: The British School of Nanjing

The British School of Nanjing, a proud member of the Nord Anglia Education family and recognized as a premier institution in global private education, is in search of a Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer to support the expansion of our school community.

This role is client-facing and involves excellent admissions management along with proactive inquiry generation, particularly aimed at engaging the Korean community. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in welcoming families, nurturing relationships, and boosting enrollment.

The role

As the Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer, you will manage the complete admissions journey for Korean families—from the first inquiry to final enrollment—while also contributing to wider admissions initiatives across the school.

Working closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams, your focus will be on strengthening connections within the Korean community, creating new inquiries, and representing the school at various events and outreach activities.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in interpersonal relations, community engagement, and is eager to contribute to the school's development.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

· Relevant experience in admissions, customer service, sales, marketing, or related fields.

· Knowledge of CRM or database management systems.

· Preferred experience in educational settings or international schools.

· Proficiency in Korean and/or English or Chinese (both spoken and written).

· Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Capacity to balance administrative responsibilities with proactive outreach activities.

· A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on service.

· A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.

· Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Korean family expectations.

· A genuine interest in education and community participation.

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
