Role Overview

The Kindergarten Teacher is tasked with establishing a secure, engaging, and developmentally suitable learning atmosphere for young children. This position includes delivering exceptional Early Years education, nurturing creativity, and promoting the comprehensive development of students in accordance with GEMS Education standards and KHDA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Learning - Implement dynamic, play-centered lessons that align with the Early Years curriculum to enhance overall child development.
• Classroom Management - Develop and uphold a safe, positive, and well-structured educational space that fosters independence and encourages respectful behavior.
• Student Support - Track each student's progress and offer personalized assistance to cater to their unique learning and developmental requirements.
• Collaboration & Professionalism - Collaborate closely with fellow educators and school leadership while engaging in meetings and ongoing professional growth opportunities.
• Parent Engagement - Cultivate strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and updates regarding their child's progress.
