We are looking for someone who:
a strong confident leader
actively advocates for tamariki
understands Te Tiriti o Waitangi based partnerships with tamariki and whānau
demonstrates a commitment to Te Reo Māori me ona Tikanga
embraces a culture of strong health, safety, aroha, mana, tiaki, and manaaki
has an awareness of the culture of child protection
dedicated to supporting the social and emotional growth of tamariki
willing to create and maintain strong relationships with the wider community and outside agencies demonstrates a growth mindset
Requirements for this role:
entitled to work in Aotearoa, New Zealand
level 7 Teaching qualification specialising in ECE
hold a current practising certificate
hold a valid first aid certification - level 1 or higher
