About This Role
International School Riffa Views International School, located in Bahrain, is a leading educational institution committed to providing high-quality international education. We are currently seeking a dedicated Islamic Teacher to join our team and contribute to the academic and personal growth of our students at the High/Secondary School level. This position involves teaching Islamic studies across the whole school following the IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) curriculum.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Islamic studies lessons aligned with the IB DP curriculum.
- Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Support students’ spiritual, moral, and ethical development in line with school values.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-curricular themes where appropriate.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Studies or related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years teaching experience, preferably within an international or IB setting.
- Strong knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme framework as it relates to religious education.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage secondary school students effectively.
- Ability to create lesson plans that cater to varied learning styles and abilities.
