About This Role
Erudito Licėjus is seeking a passionate and collaborative IB PYP Homeroom Teacher to join our Primary Years Programme team in Vilnius from August 2026.
As a PYP Homeroom Teacher, you will lead transdisciplinary, inquiry-based learning for a class of primary students, working within a vibrant and internationally minded school community.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and facilitate concept-driven Units of Inquiry aligned with IB PYP standards; Lead learning across core areas including language, mathematics, science, arts and transdisciplinary themes; Experience in project based learning; Use formative and summative assessment to support and document learning; Collaborate with colleagues through shared planning using platforms such as ManageBac or Classroom Dojo; Foster learner agency and support students’ social-emotional development; Engage with parents through formal conferences, regular communication and community building activities. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant teaching qualification; Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience in primary or international education settings; Familiarity with the IB PYP framework or strong willingness to train in PYP pedagogy; Excellent English communication skills.
