IB PYP Homeroom Teacher

Erudito Licėjus is seeking a passionate and collaborative IB PYP Homeroom Teacher to join our Primary Years Programme team in Vilnius from August 2026.

As a PYP Homeroom Teacher, you will lead transdisciplinary, inquiry-based learning for a class of primary students, working within a vibrant and internationally minded school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate concept-driven Units of Inquiry aligned with IB PYP standards;

• Lead learning across core areas including language, mathematics, science, arts and transdisciplinary themes;

• Experience in project based learning;

• Use formative and summative assessment to support and document learning;

• Collaborate with colleagues through shared planning using platforms such as ManageBac or Classroom Dojo;

• Foster learner agency and support students’ social-emotional development;

• Engage with parents through formal conferences, regular communication and community building activities.

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant teaching qualification;

• Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience in primary or international education settings;

• Familiarity with the IB PYP framework or strong willingness to train in PYP pedagogy;

• Excellent English communication skills.
