About This Role

About You:

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about administration and values accuracy, organisation and excellent customer service. You will enjoy managing multiple priorities, working with systems, platforms and data, and ensuring every task is completed to a high standard.

You will have strong organisational and administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies and missing information. You will take ownership of your work, enjoy problem-solving, and be committed to maintaining high-quality records and delivering an exceptional service to colleagues across the Trust.

Essential:

  • Experience working in an administrative role within a busy office environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Desirable:

  • Experience of HR administration or employee lifecycle administration.
  • Experience using management information systems and platforms or HR systems.
  • Knowledge of payroll administration processes.
  • Experience working within the education sector

Compensation

£30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS Scale)
