Family Support Worker
About This Role
Everton Free School provides a high quality alternative educational environment for vulnerable young people aged 13-16 years. One of our main aims is to give the young person and their family the support and opportunities to develop social skills, gain qualifications, improve health and well-being and have new experiences in a safe and friendly environment. We focus on personalised support and tailoring our services to the needs and aspirations to those we support, enabling them to fulfil their potential and achieve their own life goals; linking in with other organisations to provide quality wrap around support, ensuring all aspects of life are covered.
The Family Support Worker role is critical to safeguarding and supporting the high number of vulnerable families within our alternative provision. Demand for family support is high and involves complex safeguarding, attendance, and multi-agency work.
