Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons aligned with the US curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop instructional materials and strategies.
- Support students’ development in reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 1 year of teaching experience at the middle school level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the US educational standards for middle school English.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to create dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Competence in classroom management techniques.
