- Design and implement engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards and best practices in inquiry-based learning.
- Differentiate instruction to cater to the varied needs of all students, including English Language Learners and those identified as gifted and talented.
- Cultivate a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages collaboration, curiosity, and student well-being.
- Employ technology and innovative strategies to enrich learning experiences.
- Evaluate student progress through diverse, authentic assessment methods and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to design cohesive units and contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum.
- Actively engage in the school’s co-curricular and community programs to promote holistic learning.
