About you

• Current registration and a Level 7 ECE or Primary qualification.
• Pedagogical practice is anchored in Te Whāriki and a commitment to child-led discovery.
• Authentic and proactive leadership abilities, leadership comes naturally.
• Honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi through inclusive and equitable practice.

• Leading the daily flow of your room - balancing intentional teaching with respectful care. 

• Mentorship of kaiako and curriculum planning.
