Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the IEYC framework tailored for early years students.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and development.
- Assess student progress regularly and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance curriculum delivery and school activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in early childhood or primary education.
- Strong understanding of the IEYC curriculum principles.
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and staff members.
- Ability to create dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
