Early Childhood Kaiako/teacher for Over 2's Centre

We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood kaiako for our Over Two's room who values bi-cultural practice and is also committed to upholding the values of a diverse range of cultures.

Key responsibilities will be:

• plan and implement individual and group learning programmes aligned with Te Whariki
• integrate any te reo Maori me ona kikanga into daily practice
• build respectful, reciprocal relationships with tamariki, whanau, and colleagues
• support all children's identity, language, and culture
• observe, assess, and document learning journeys
• contribute to a collaborative and reflective teaching team.
