1. Teaching & Academic Excellence

- Deliver engaging, bilingual (Chinese/English) lessons that spark curiosity and lay a strong foundation in literacy and cultural appreciation.

- Design innovation, curriculum-aligned lesson plans that promote creativity and critical thinking.

- Provide personalized instruction and academic support to address diverse learning needs, ensuring all students thrive.

- Integrate self-directed learning strategies to cultivate globally competitive, passionate learners.

2. Duty of Care & Student Wellbeing

- Prioritize students’ mental health and wellbeing, offering timely counseling or referrals as needed.

- Monitor behavior and homework completion to instill responsibility and holistic growth.

- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.

3. Classroom & Culture Leadership

- Foster a dynamic, respectful learning space that aligns with school guidelines and values.

- Model kindness, strength, and inclusiveness in daily interactions with students and staff.

4. Home-School Communication
