Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) will enter its 19th year of operation in August 2026. The original VISS campus opened in September 2007 in Al Taawun with fewer than 200 students. Over the past 18 years, VISS has grown into a successful group of schools with 2 IB World Schools, offering the Australian (Victorian) Curriculum from KG to Grade 12 and the IB Diploma Programme, and now educating over 5,000 students across five campuses.

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Teachers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum (adapted to context, supporting students to become confident, independent learners.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning aligned with the curriculum
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment, with a focus on student wellbeing and safeguarding
Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Build positive partnerships with parents and colleagues
Contribute to school initiatives and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area
Recognised teaching qualification and professional registration (e.g. VIT, QTS, or equivalent)
Experience teaching within an international or Australian curriculum setting is desirable
Regional experience preferred but not essential
