The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Oversee staff deployment, including managing timetables, schedules, and daily operations
- Lead a specific phase within the school
- Collaborate with the Headteacher and senior leaders to promote school improvement
- Hold strategic responsibility for a key area
- Act as the Headteacher’s deputy when necessary
- Contribute to the safeguarding team
