This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent teacher and leader. We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our Year 5-8 team. You’ll be capable of designing, leading, implementing and evaluating learning programmes. You’ll be based in our Year 7–8 class, manage our school sports programme and have timetable and curriculum oversight Year 5 to 8. Your key teaching area will be Mathematics and you will teach this across the senior school (Years 5 to 8).
The successful applicant will build effective relationships. You will support our seniors in their role of being student leaders and role-model positive relationships through actions and words. Your emotional intelligence will be crucial in forming relationships and fostering an excellent working environment.
Your knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment will ensure the best possible outcomes for ākonga in Years 5 to 8.
