We Are Looking
for Someone Who:

  • Demonstrates excellent classroom practice and high expectations for learning, achievement and behaviour.
  • Can deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
  • Has secure knowledge of the primary curriculum.
  • Uses assessment effectively to adapt teaching and ensure all children make strong progress.
  • Understands the importance of inclusion and adaptive teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Builds positive and professional relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
  • Is reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
  • Shares our commitment to ensuring every child succeeds academically, socially and emotionally.
  • Is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Compensation

£30,000 - £46,525 (MPS/UPS Scale)
