Centre Manager

This is more than a leadership role - it is an opportunity to guide a team grounded in our core vision of faith, hope, love. We provide early childhood education for up to 110 tamariki, alongside wrap-around support services for tamariki and whānau in our care, as well as the broader community.

We are seeking an inspiring centre manager to lead our culturally diverse community centre. While an ECE qualification is not essential, a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of tamariki, whānau, and the wider community is vital.

You will:

• Foster a culture where tamariki are at the heart of every decision
• Build trusted, respectful relationships with whānau
• Strengthen community connections and partnerships
• Provide strong, values-based leadership to a supportive and passionate team
• Oversee the team and day-to-day operations of a well-established centre
