About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Subject Teacher with a strong background in private or international education. The teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering student development, and contributing to the overall academic excellence of the school.
The ideal candidate should have prior teaching experience in an international or private school, hold a PGCE, QTS, or a U.S. teaching certificate, and demonstrate expertise in their subject area. A solid understanding of international curricula such as AL, AP and IGCSE is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Planning, Teaching, and Class Management
1. Plan and teach up to 25 lessons per week. In cases where teaching hours are insufficient, the school may assign other appropriate duties according to school needs. Teachers are expected to comply with such arrangements in a cooperative and professional manner.
2. Submit lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, class observation records, and other required teaching documents.
3. Maintain positive student behavior and discipline in class, communicating with SLT when necessary.
4. Continuously enhance teaching quality and promote high academic standards.
5. Participate in regular academic and school meetings.
6. Fulfill assigned evening duties as required.
Tracking, Assessment, Recording, and Reporting
1. Assess, monitor, and track student performance and progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
2. Prepare, assign, and mark homework, quizzes, and other learning assessments.
3. Prepare and grade examinations, analyze results, and produce performance reports.
4. Participate in academic research and departmental meetings.
5. Build and maintain positive communication with parents to share updates on student progress.
Activities
1. Plan and organize student activities, including open classes, festive performances, and campus decorations.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to co-host and support school events as needed.
3. Support and coach students for school-level, national, or international competitions.
4. Lead at least one extracurricular activity or club.
5. Support student admissions events and promotional activities.
6. Provide support to the University Counseling Department (e.g., writing recommendation letters, supporting academic competitions, study tours, etc.).
7. Collaborate with the Pastoral Department to support House events, Duke of Edinburgh (DoE) programs, and other student development initiatives.
Others
1. Undertake relative assignments as directed by the Line Manager and Principal
Required Qualifications & Experience
1.Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in relevant subject.
2.Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in relevant subject.
3.PGCE, QTS, or U.S. teaching certificate is required.
4.Strong knowledge of international curriculum systems.
5.Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
6.Passion for student-centered education and innovative teaching methodologies.
