About This Role
Responsibilities
•
Instructing kindergarten students in English in line with the International Program's standards.
•
Developing curriculum, crafting lesson plans, and preparing instructional materials for class activities.
•
Modifying teaching techniques, learning approaches, and educational resources to cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
•
Evaluating student performance, tracking academic progress, and offering constructive feedback.
•
Setting classroom standards, monitoring and assessing student performance, behavior, social growth, and health.
•
Collaborating with fellow teachers, parents, or guardians to review student progress and address any behavioral or academic concerns.
•
Designing and executing remedial programs for students needing additional support.
•
Participating in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
•
Organizing and engaging in extracurricular activities such as clubs and academic competitions.
•
Carrying out various professional tasks as assigned by the Program Manager/Principal.
Position requirements
•
A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Foundation Phase, or a related discipline.
Experience:
•
A minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience, ideally with early years students or in an international/bilingual educational environment.
•
Experience in a bilingual educational setting.
•
