We are in search of a passionate and committed IB MYP Design 7, MYP Media Arts 7 and 8, and STEAM Electives Teacher to become a part of our Design and Technology department. This role entails instructing middle school students within the IB MYP structure, igniting their interest through design concepts, media arts initiatives, and STEAM-oriented electives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of teaching experience
- Familiarity with the IB MYP curriculum is an advantage
- Solid understanding of design technology principles, including media arts
- Capability to weave STEAM concepts into captivating elective courses
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Proficient communication skills for engaging with students from various backgrounds
