Lower Elementary ELL Teacher - Ansan
About This Role
Saint Paul American Scholars (SPAS) is an expanding K-12 educational institution dedicated to nurturing responsible citizenship and preparing students for higher education. Our mission encompasses teaching essential ethical values such as courage, compassion, integrity, justice, truth, reason, fairness, respect, and honesty alongside core academic subjects.
A thriving school environment is defined by effective instruction from teachers and active learning from students. This necessitates a safe atmosphere for everyone at SPAS, focusing on citizenship and the fair application of rules throughout the Saint Paul Scholars community. We believe that parental involvement is crucial in the educational journey, and parents must be engaged and accountable for their children's academic and behavioral outcomes.
At SPAS, we seek educators who see themselves as more than just teachers. We are looking for individuals who are genuinely invested in discovering additional ways to assist struggling students, challenge high achievers, and understand the reasons behind students' performance levels. The dedication of our educators stems from their commitment to fostering not just survival, but thriving among students. Collaborating with fellow educators and stakeholders to bolster student success is essential.
Educators recognize that their role extends beyond merely assigning, collecting, and assessing work. If you share this perspective, we eagerly await your application.
