Lower Elementary ELL Teacher - Gwanggyo
About This Role
Saint Paul American Scholars (SPAS) is an expanding K-12 educational institution dedicated to nurturing responsible citizens and preparing students for higher education. Our mission encompasses instilling essential ethical principles such as courage, compassion, integrity, justice, truth, reason, fairness, respect, and honesty, alongside core academic subjects.
A thriving school environment is defined by exceptional teaching and effective student learning. Achieving this necessitates a secure atmosphere for everyone at SPAS, coupled with a strong focus on citizenship and adherence to rules that are applied equitably across the Saint Paul Scholars community. We recognize the crucial role of parents as partners in the educational journey and emphasize their involvement and accountability regarding their children's achievements and conduct.
At SPAS, we seek educators who view their role as more than just teaching. Ideal candidates are those who are committed to discovering additional ways to assist struggling students, challenge those who excel, and understand the reasons behind student performance levels. Our educators derive satisfaction from the dedication and effort required to help each student not only survive but also thrive. They are eager to collaborate with fellow educators and stakeholders to enhance student support.
Educators recognize that true education extends beyond merely assigning, collecting, and grading work. If you share this perspective, we are eager to connect with you.
