About This Role

A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a dedicated individual with a passion for Early Years education to become a part of our lively Nursery/Infant school. We are looking for someone who is truly enthusiastic about working with young children.

We aim to hire a committed team member who will actively contribute to the academic growth and English language acquisition of our little learners.

EISP is in search of a candidate who is:


a qualified Early Years teacher with QTS status or an equivalent qualification, possessing experience in teaching children aged 12 months to 3 years;


a native English speaker;


a devoted professional ready to support and provide exceptional after-school programs as an extension of our learning offerings;


capable of creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment;


adept at delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences for students in the nursery/infant division;


confident in helping children develop their literacy, language, and numeracy skills;


skilled in promoting exploration, independence, and problem-solving through interactive learning;


able to inspire children with enthusiasm and foster a love for learning;


capable of nurturing each child’s self-esteem and establishing relationships based on mutual respect, encouraging positive behavior and social growth;


effective in communicating clearly, respectfully, and professionally;


able to engage with parents and caregivers regarding children’s progress and achievements when necessary;


committed to staying informed about best practices in early years education and implementing innovative strategies;


able to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Joining Our Team

The academic year at the school runs from September to June.
