About the Programme: The Vinschool Advanced (Cambridge) Programme is a comprehensive bilingual initiative that integrates the Vinschool Education System, the Vietnamese national curriculum, and the Cambridge International Programmes.

What we seek: Vinschool is on the lookout for energetic, experienced, and professionally certified teachers to enhance our international teaching team. The successful candidates will instruct the Cambridge Business and Economics Programme, adhering to the relevant Cambridge International Curriculum Framework. Applicants should possess the necessary qualifications and experience, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting students in both academic and extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):


Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum framework.


Develop curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching resources; manage and update information on the LMS.


Tailor teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse student needs and learning preferences.


Evaluate and track student academic progress; offer timely feedback and support.


Maintain and organize student academic records, including prompt updates of test results in the school’s systems and the preparation of progress reports.


Establish and uphold classroom expectations; oversee student behavior and social development.


Work in collaboration with teachers, parents, and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.


Create and implement remedial programs for students needing additional support.


Engage in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.


Plan and participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs and academic competitions.


Supervise students during non-classroom times, including hall duty, morning gate duty, and other supervisory responsibilities assigned by the Principal or Vice Principal.


While the primary teaching responsibility will be the teacher's subject area, they may also be assigned a second subject within their expertise to support the school's program.


Fulfill homeroom teacher duties as assigned, including attendance monitoring, pastoral care, and communication with parents; an allowance is provided for this responsibility.


Carry out additional professional duties as designated by the Principal, Vice Principal, or Lead Teacher.

Qualifications



A degree in a relevant field of education.


A professional teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable.


Candidates with a Master’s degree will be given preference.

Experience:


A minimum of 2 years of professional teaching experience (gained following the acquisition of a teaching qualification) in a formal school setting.


Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum is preferred but not mandatory.

Language Proficiency:


Fluent in English (minimum C1 proficiency).

Soft Skills and Attributes:


Strong abilities in presentation, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.


Skills in classroom management, time management, interpersonal relations, and teamwork.


Adaptable, patient, flexible, dedicated, and possessing a positive attitude.
