About This Role
We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity within our Residence Life (Boarding) Program, where you will receive training to teach IB MYP English Language Acquisition.
This role involves participating in the Residence Life Program several times a week while teaching three days a week—specifically on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday—in our Secondary School. As a Teaching Resident Assistant (TRA), you will have the chance to live alongside dorm students, fostering meaningful relationships and sharing the values of Christ.
Training in Language Acquisition will be provided to ensure your success. TRAs are also encouraged to participate in TCIS Teacher Professional Development sessions and will be paired with a mentor teacher who will guide you through your first year at TCIS.
This entry-level teaching position is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or those with limited teaching experience to gain valuable experience and enhance their professional development.
Please be advised that we do not accept applications from married candidates.
Detailed responsibilities are specified in the TCIS Personnel Policy.
