About This Role

Teacher of Geography (Maternity Cover)

Full Time, Part Time and Job Shares considered

We are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivating Teacher of Geography. A successful candidate would be able to teach across all key stages (KS3-5). There is also the possibility of leadership experience as part of the role.

The strength of the Humanities faculty is the breadth of the courses and opportunities offered to pupils at KS3 - KS5. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established and popular subject with a strong Humanities team around you, who will be able to offer support and collaboration. We are looking for someone to inspire our students with their vision and passion for Geography through their lessons and student activities/fieldtrips.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate within a dynamic and forward-thinking team who are focused on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences for students across the 11-18 age range. You must have a passion for Geography, together with the knowledge and skills to inspire and motivate our students from KS3 to A-Level.

Applications are welcomed from teachers at all career stages, and if you require any further information, please contact Trudi Purnell (Head of Faculty) on tpurnell@rushcliffespencer.org.uk . Alternatively, please contact the HR team should you have any general queries on HR@rushcliffespencer.org.uk
