Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Encourage independence and boost children’s self esteem
Use strategies to support pupils to achieve learning objectives
Show initiative, be able to follow instruction and be a team player
Have a positive, resilient and caring approach to supporting children with a range of needs
Have a particular interest and passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs
