Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject or an equivalent qualification
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification
  • Strong subject expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with students
  • Experience teaching GCSE and A Level
  • A minimum of three years of teaching experience, though we welcome applications from new teachers who aspire to excel
  • Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons and a proven record of achieving outstanding results
  • A collaborative spirit coupled with strong communication skills
  • Evidence of recent professional development relevant to this position
  • Innovative ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school
  • ICT skills that reflect the role of technology in modern classrooms
  • Commitment to the extracurricular program
  • Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students in your charge

Desirable:
