About This Role
Aldenham Prep Riyadh, a member of the Aldenham Education Group, closely collaborates with Aldenham School in the UK, which has a rich history dating back to 1597. Since welcoming its first students in September 2022, the school is experiencing significant growth and is now seeking a dedicated and talented **Primary Class Teacher** to join the team as soon as possible.

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering most of the curriculum to your class while collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive teaching and learning experience across the Year Group. This collaborative approach guarantees that all children receive equal opportunities and that teachers feel supported by a strong team.
Specialist teachers will provide instruction in Arabic, Islamic studies, Music, and PE, further enriching the curriculum. Each class is also supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant.

Teaching and Learning:
You will be expected to:
- Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum

Person Specification:
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree, ideally from a UK University
- UK Postgraduate Certificate of Education or Qualified Teacher Status
- A minimum of two years of relevant teaching experience
- Excellent working knowledge of the National Curriculum of England
- A strong academic background and experience that earns the respect of pupils, parents, colleagues, and the wider community
- A commitment to the academic progress and welfare of students
- Knowledge of recent educational developments and best practices
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of the demands of a UK independent school environment
- Experience working with children who are learning English as an Additional Language
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance education
