We at GEMS International School, Al Khail are currently inviting applications from experienced Physics Teachers, with positions available starting August 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, inquiry-driven lessons that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for learning.
- Establish a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that recognizes and nurtures individual strengths and diverse learning styles.
- Tailor teaching methods to accommodate the varied needs of all students, including those who are EAL, gifted, or require additional assistance.
- Incorporate technology and innovative strategies to elevate student learning and engagement.
- Assess, document, and convey student progress effectively, utilizing data to guide instruction and personalized support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create and enhance IB-aligned curriculum plans, resources, and assessments.
- Take part in the broader school community through co-curricular activities, events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and the wider school community to support student development and wellbeing.
- Engage in continuous professional development and self-reflection to improve teaching practices.
- Exemplify the GEMS values and the IB Learner Profile in all facets of school life.
