About This Role
The Strothoff International School is a bilingual, international institution that follows both the Hessian educational framework and the global IB curriculum. Situated on our contemporary, family-oriented campus in Dreieich (close to Frankfurt), we offer around 400 children and young adults the chance to immerse themselves in learning German and English, beginning from the nursery level. As part of the Phorms Education SE network of bilingual schools and nurseries, which has been enhancing Germany's educational landscape since 2006, the Strothoff International School is currently looking for a
Mathematics Teacher (part-time or full-time) for the Secondary School in Dreieich, starting at the beginning of the 2026/2027 school year.

Your Responsibilities
- Design and prepare lessons, ensuring their organizational and pedagogical structure aligns with the IB curriculum
- Support and prepare students comprehensively for IB Diploma examinations and MYP curriculum goals
- Develop engaging and diverse lessons that motivate students and enhance their essential skills while deepening their subject knowledge
- Integrate digital media to enrich the learning experience
- Contribute to the creation of innovative ideas and the improvement of existing processes
Your Profile
- Qualification as a secondary teacher, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or higher) in mathematics and a teaching certification
- Teaching experience, ideally within the IB framework
- Proficient in English, with German language skills at a B2 level or a commitment to achieving B2 proficiency within two years
- Ability to align with our unique pedagogical approach and stay informed about the latest innovations in educational theory, applying them in the classroom
- Willingness to embrace new technologies to enhance learning experiences and implement innovative teaching methods
