Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of a Graduate Diploma in Psychology or Education with a specialization in Psychology
- At least 5 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably within the Cambridge curriculum framework
- Comprehensive knowledge of adolescent psychology and effective counselling practices
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that meet Cambridge standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff
- Experience in student counselling, providing emotional support, career guidance, and conflict resolution
