We are now in search of a dynamic and inspiring Head of Secondary School to join our professional, supportive, and forward-thinking learning community in this beautiful Southeast Asian environment.

The new Head of Secondary School will become part of an energetic and innovative School Leadership Team, which includes the Headmaster & CEO, Head of Early Years Campus, Head of Primary School, and Head of Boarding.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree with a specialization in education or leadership, or hold the NPQH/NPQSL qualification.
• A BA/BSc degree along with a post-graduate qualification in education (e.g., PGCE/GTP/PGDE).
• At least 8 years of teaching and/or leadership experience in the UK or within a British curriculum international school (as a Head, Deputy Head, or Assistant Head).
• The ability to engage, motivate, and support students, staff, and the broader school community.
• Strong leadership qualities, innovative thinking skills, and enthusiasm as a member of the School Leadership Team.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the English National Curriculum.
