Join Regent’s International School Bangkok as Girls House Mistress / Head of Girls Boarding

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Girls Boarding to lead and support our girls’ boarding house, accommodating around 40 girls from various locations and backgrounds.

About the role

As the Head of Girls Boarding, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing the girls’ boarding community with empathy and clarity.
  • Upholding high standards of pastoral care, safeguarding, and overall wellbeing.
  • Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where each girl feels valued and supported.
  • Overseeing and mentoring Houseparents and GAP boarding staff to ensure exceptional care.
  • Building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Being an active and visible participant in boarding life during key evenings and weekends.
