32.5 hours per week. Salary is pro rata (FTE - D1 £19,921.35 - D3 £20,900.18)
8.45am to 3.45pm
Actual salary will depend on experience.
Bradwell Village School is seeking to appoint a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our vibrant and inclusive school community. We are part of a unique Federation that includes an Infant School, a Junior School, and a Special School, offering our team members exceptional opportunities for professional growth and collaboration. Our school has an Autism Spectrum Condition Unit for children with Education, Health and Care Plans. By September 2026, the unit will support 24 pupils. We are looking for 3 Learning Supports who are eager to contribute to and be an integral part of this development.
We need a Learning Support Assistant who:
Is passionate about making a difference to the lives of our children
Is an outstanding LSA who sets high expectation and aspirations
Is experienced in teaching children with SEND
Is willing to contribute to the school as a whole community and help to improve it
Is resilient and patient
Is a creative thinker who is organised, independent and shows initiative
Is a good communicator and problem solver
Is professional and has integrity and a strong work ethic
Is a team player and has a sense of humour
Has Maths and English GCSE Grade C/4 or above
The children at Bradwell Village School have requested a Learning Support Assistant who:
Is kind and understanding
Is strict but not too strict!
Is fun (but not all the time)
Knows when someone needs extra help
