Job Overview:
The Head of Performing Arts will take charge of creating and implementing a captivating performing arts program that motivates students and fosters creativity in drama, music, art, and photography. This leadership position entails working closely with faculty to improve curriculum delivery while upholding high standards in accordance with the UK curriculum framework.

Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Performing Arts, Arts, Education, or a related field (minimum requirement)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching performing arts in a secondary/high school environment
- Comprehensive understanding of the UK national curriculum for performing arts and arts subjects
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams or departments preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues
- Aptitude for crafting innovative lesson plans that accommodate varying learning styles
- Proficiency in organizing performances, events, and extracurricular activities related to performing arts/arts
