Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Academic Excellence
- Deliver captivating bilingual (Chinese/English) lessons that ignite curiosity and establish a solid foundation in literacy and cultural appreciation.
- Create innovative, curriculum-aligned lesson plans that encourage creativity and foster critical thinking.
- Offer tailored instruction and academic support to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring their success.
- Incorporate self-directed learning techniques to develop globally competitive, passionate learners.
2. Duty of Care & Student Wellbeing
- Prioritize the mental health and well-being of students by providing timely counseling or referrals when necessary.
- Oversee behavior and homework completion to cultivate responsibility and holistic development.
- Establish a secure, inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.
3. Classroom & Culture Leadership
- Create a vibrant, respectful learning environment that reflects school values and guidelines.
- Demonstrate kindness, strength, and inclusiveness in daily interactions with students and colleagues.
- Actively contribute to a positive school culture through collaboration and mentorship.
4. Home-School Communication
- Ensure timely and transparent communication with parents through meetings, emails, and progress reports.
- Provide consistent feedback regarding academic performance, behavior, and achievements.
5. Professional Growth & Collaboration
- Engage actively in professional learning communities (PLCs) to share best practices and innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in school-wide research initiatives and curriculum development efforts.

Compensation

$52,440 - $75,430 per year (In additional to the salary, an extra benefit package will be provided)
