Skills and Qualifications:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or a related discipline

- Must possess qualified teacher status with PGCE and/or QTS

- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role

- Strong foundational knowledge

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to effectively lead and manage a department
