We are looking for an exceptional Science educator who will:

- Be a reflective practitioner committed to ongoing professional development.
- Have a track record of planning and delivering effective curricula that enhance students' knowledge, skills, and conceptual understanding.
- Possess experience with a concept-based curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to further curriculum development and address the needs of all learners across the school.
- Create classroom experiences that challenge and engage all students.
- Utilize evidence-based pedagogical methods to stretch and challenge every learner.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both formative and summative assessment strategies.
- Conduct critical analysis of progress, intervention, and achievement for all students.

We seek an inspiring teacher with a minimum of four years’ experience and a passion for Science (Physics), who:

- Has experience teaching Physics up to KS5 / A Level.
- Is capable of teaching a second subject within the Science Faculty (at least to i/GCSE level).
- Is familiar with current pedagogy regarding science education, particularly in supporting EAL students and inclusive teaching practices aligned with the Quality First Teaching model.
- Understands how to effectively sequence, resource, adapt, and refine aspects of the Science curriculum to cater to the needs of all learners.
