We are seeking to appoint an inspiring individual to become a part of our dynamic learning community and take the lead on intervention initiatives within the Maths department.
We are in the process of enhancing existing best practices and formulating a new strategic vision aimed at further elevating our standards. We are looking for a candidate to join our Maths team who can contribute innovative ideas to enrich the learning experience for our students.
Overall Responsibility:
To deliver exceptional teaching in Mathematics while spearheading the coordination and evaluation of intervention strategies throughout the department. Key responsibilities will include:
- **Analyzing baseline assessment data** to pinpoint students in need of targeted intervention, and reviewing progress data to assess the effectiveness and impact of the support provided.
- **Designing and implementing an intervention curriculum** for the Mathematics Intervention Learning Support Assistant (LSA), while ensuring the successful delivery of this curriculum.
- **Delivering the Axiom Maths programme** aimed at improving the attainment and progress of our highest-ability disadvantaged students. This programme will take place during lunch hours or after school sessions.
