The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, vibrant, and enthusiastic Science Teacher with a specialization in teaching Biology to IGCSE and A Level students, as well as KS3 Science.
The Science Department at Doha College is comprised of 24 full-time teachers, complemented by four full-time Science Technicians. Instruction takes place in 22 state-of-the-art laboratories. Our Key Stage 3 curriculum aligns with the English National Curriculum, while students at Key Stage 4 pursue Edexcel IGCSE Separate Sciences. At A Level, students have the option of Edexcel Physics, Edexcel Chemistry, and CIE Biology. The College consistently achieves outstanding academic results, and familiarity with the intricacies of the A-Level Biology course will be considered an asset.
All classrooms are equipped with interactive smartboards; each student receives an iPad upon enrollment, and teachers are provided with both an iPad and a laptop.
