Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons that inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning. Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that nurtures individual strengths and learning styles. Differentiate teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including EAL, gifted, and students requiring additional support. Integrate technology and innovative approaches to enhance student learning and engagement. Assess, record, and communicate student progress effectively, using data to inform teaching and personalised support. Collaborate with colleagues to design and refine IB-aligned curriculum plans, resources, and assessments. Contribute to the wider life of the school through co-curricular activities, events, and community initiatives. Build positive relationships with parents and the wider school community to support student growth and wellbeing.
