About This Role

Saint Paul American Scholars (SPAS) is an evolving K-12 educational establishment committed to fostering responsible citizenship among students while equipping them for higher education. Our mission encompasses the instillation of vital ethical values such as courage, compassion, integrity, justice, truth, reason, fairness, respect, and honesty, in conjunction with a comprehensive academic framework.

We pride ourselves on creating a supportive school environment characterized by exceptional instruction from our educators and significant learning experiences for our students. This goal is attainable only in a secure atmosphere that promotes citizenship and the equitable enforcement of rules throughout the SPAS community. We acknowledge the essential role of parents as educational partners and their responsibility for their children’s conduct and academic progress.

At SPAS, we are in search of educators who perceive their roles as extending beyond traditional teaching. Our ideal candidates are motivated to explore innovative approaches to assist struggling students, challenge those who excel, and comprehend the various factors that influence student performance. Their dedication is rooted in a desire to help students not merely survive but truly thrive. We advocate for collaboration among educators and stakeholders to enhance student achievement.

Educators understand that teaching encompasses much more than assigning, collecting, and grading work. If this captures your philosophy, we would be eager to hear from you.
