Requirements and Experience:
Essential:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or an equivalent qualification.
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification.
- Demonstrate strong subject expertise and a passion for sharing knowledge with our students.
- Experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, although new teachers aspiring to excel will be considered.
- Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of outstanding results.
- A collaborative spirit and effective communication skills.
- Evidence of recent professional development relevant to this role.
- Innovative ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school.
- Proficiency in ICT that reflects the integration of technology in modern classrooms.
- Commitment to the extracurricular program.
