Requirements and Experience:

Essential:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree relevant to the teaching subject or an equivalent qualification.
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification.
• Demonstrate strong subject expertise and a passion for sharing knowledge with our students.
• Experience teaching GCSE and A Level courses.
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, although new teachers aspiring to excel will be considered.
• Ability to deliver consistently inspiring lessons with a proven track record of outstanding results.
• A collaborative spirit and effective communication skills.
• Evidence of recent professional development relevant to this role.
• Innovative ideas to enhance the department's profile within the school.
• Proficiency in ICT that reflects the integration of technology in modern classrooms.
• Commitment to the extracurricular program.
• Dedication to the well-being and pastoral care of all students under your guidance.
• A creative, innovative, and positive mindset.

Desirable:

• Experience working internationally or with students from diverse backgrounds.
