About This Role
Arcadia Global School in Dubai is looking to hire a qualified and seasoned Secondary Performing Arts Teacher to join our team starting in August 2025. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other experienced educators to support the school's strategic vision and demonstrate the ability to teach across all secondary Key Stages.

Requirements:
- A fully qualified educator with a BEd, MEd, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a high-quality department.
- Proven capability to teach up to GCSE/IGCSE with a strong track record of performance outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in delivering and enhancing the curriculum.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- An outstanding practitioner capable of providing innovative lessons based on contemporary pedagogical practices and forward-thinking initiatives.
- A collaborative professional who engages with both the immediate team and the broader school community.
Core Responsibilities

- Employ a range of teaching methods that inspire learning, align with curriculum requirements, and ensure all students' needs are met through scaffolding and objectives.
- Uphold discipline according to the school’s policies and promote good practices regarding punctuality, behavior, and work standards.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of the subject's strategic action plan.
- Ensure effective monitoring and communication with parents regarding academic progress, adhering to school reporting procedures and addressing specific concerns as they arise.
- Adhere to the current policies and procedures of the school.
- Prepare and update subject materials, including schemes of work.
