Requirements
Candidates who succeed in this position will be required to have:
- A B.Ed. or a degree related to the subject area, along with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
- Documented experience teaching GCSE and A-Levels
- The capability to share exemplary teaching practices
- An interest in professional development, leadership, and sustainability
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom
- Strong IT and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with students and parents
